Property blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing different parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
